My personal healthy habit challenge is spun off from Michelle Wasden's challenge and I am starting it on December 28, 2009. I lost five pounds in that previous challenge and I can slip into my jeans of 15 years without too much breathing in.
My goal is to lose 1/2 pound a week till 20 lbs are lost and then keep it off of course. I will still follow the guidelines of four (4) points a week with the previous goals of :
1) diet 2) exercise 3) sleep 4) personal goals leading to increased spiritual health.
My greatest challenge is to add exercise into my routine as that has not been added well to my schedule by trying to move faster when I wake up and get some added time from there.
