Week 2 Day 2
Still 18 last week
But doing okay yesterday, it was a 3. maybe i can do exercise tomorrow hoping my mood is upbeat. yesterday i had a scare on my knee, was displaced somehow i assume muscle/ligament misplaced. now back to normal, not even a pain, as if nothing happenned!!! thank God it is not arthritis. got to think if the clogs are really that good!

Week 2 Day 2
Last week's score... around 18!!! pitiful...
Well, yesterday was a so-so day for healthy habit challenge. Still ate sweets but not as much, ate half of pizza. I would say 0.5 for diet, was lazy to exercise!!! Last week's score... Another 2.5 day... sshheeeesh..

Week 1 Day 4
Woke up snowing and decided not to go to work and drive. It was easy cancelling out with Pensy, not so easy with Christ. Lisa kept me on hold fo a while and so I hung up. read scriptures for two hours, sewed for two hours, shoveled snow for about 30 minutes, exercised for 30 minutes for a total of four points today. Eating is controlled. Ate four pieces of chocolate but otherwise portion controlled. wanted to eat egg sandwich but does not feel like it anymore after the exercise.

Week 1 Day 3
Still eating sweets.... chocolate covered pretzels, cookies, banana bread!!! ate three pieces of yummy pizza ordered by Albert... he knows his stuff!!! albert on his way to provo... about to do amended realage video exercise... so far this week... 2.5 on day 1, 2 on day 2, 2.5 on day 3. keeping up spiritual goal and sleep goal...working my way back to diet goal and trying to add exercise... let me see what happens when i am back to work!!!

Week 1 Day 1
Sad to say this is not a good start. But it will be better. Ate cookies for breakfast and more sweets!!! Albert got me into it as we picked up Kelsie for their trip to the city!!! Ate a ham sandwich. Slept some more. Dyed hair. Will eat veggies when hungry! Will try to make today's score three with some exercise!!!

I found FitClick website useful as a planning tool for diet and so far I have mapped out a month's diet plan of 1500 calories per week.
